We take great pride in the emotional care we give our Scottish Fold kittens, raising them in a loving and supportive home right here in Aurora, CO. Our kittens are well-socialized and playful, and they will make wonderful companions for you and your family.

All of our kittens are purebred and registered with TICA and CAT association. They are also dewormed, vaccinated, and microchipped, so you can be confident that they are healthy and happy.

Adopting a kitten is a significant decision, and we want to ensure that our kittens find loving and compatible homes. To determine if you’re the right fit for adopting one of our kittens, we kindly ask you to consider the following factors:

• Cat Allergies: Are there any known allergies to cats in your household? It’s important to ensure that everyone in your home can comfortably coexist with a feline companion.
• Other Pets: Do you currently have other pets in your house, such as dogs or other cats? We want to ensure that our kittens will be introduced to a harmonious environment with your existing furry family members.
• Children: Are there children in your household? It’s important to know if our kittens will be joining a family with young children to ensure a safe and suitable match.
• Lifestyle: Consider your daily routine and lifestyle. Do you have the time and commitment needed to provide love, care, and attention to a new kitten? Kittens require socialization, playtime, and training.
• Home Environment: Is your living space conducive to a pet-friendly atmosphere? Ensure that your home is safe and secure for a curious and playful kitten.
• Long-term Commitment: Are you prepared for the long-term commitment of caring for a cat? Cats can live for 15 years or more, so it’s essential to be ready for this responsibility.
• Financial Responsibility: Can you comfortably manage the financial responsibilities of cat ownership, including food, veterinary care, and unexpected medical expenses?

Important! Before you wish to inquire about our kittens, please make sure you and your family don’t have cat allergies.

To secure your spot on the list, a nonrefundable deposit of $250 is required, which will be applied toward the final purchase price of your chosen kitten. When our kittens reach approximately 4 to 6 weeks of age, we will notify those on the waitlist in the order of their deposit date. You have the option to pass and retain your position on the waitlist if none of the kittens in the current litter match your preferences.

The duration of your wait depends on the specific characteristics you desire in your kitten. We offer a wide variety, including different eye colors, coat lengths, ear types (fold or straight), genders, and coat colors. If you have specific criteria in mind, please understand that it may take an extended period to find a perfect match. We cannot guarantee that we can fulfill all your preferences within a 6-month timeframe, especially if there are other individuals ahead of you on the list when you join. Keep in mind that someone lower on the list, who is less particular about their kitten’s characteristics, may receive a kitten sooner than someone at the top who is waiting for an exact match.

Again, before inquiring about our kittens, please ensure that you are NOT allergic to cats, as we do not offer refunds due to allergies. Deposits to reserve your spot on the waitlist are nonrefundable, except in cases where Imperial Scottish Fold encounters difficulty in placing a kitten with you in a timely manner. This does not include repeatedly passing on kittens because you are seeking exact matches to your preferences.

Imperial Scottish Fold retains the right to select its first choice of a kitten to remain in the cattery.

Breeders price their kittens differently, often reflecting the level of care and quality they invest in their breeding programs. At Imperial Scottish Fold, we prioritize the highest quality care for our cats and kittens, never compromising on their health and well-being.

The purchase price of our kittens encompasses the unwavering dedication, hard work, commitment, and expenses we pour into our breeding program. Our kittens receive daily socialization with our family, enjoy a diet of high-quality raw food, receive vaccinations, microchipping, and are spayed or neutered before they leave our care. Our prices are a testament to the value of our time, the proper upbringing of our kittens, and our commitment to exceptional quality, continuously investing in superior breeding lines.

We determine prices on an individual basis, taking various factors into account:

• The rarity of coat color/eye color.
• The facial and bone structures of the kittens.
• Our decision to retain a kitten for further improvement of our cattery.

We acknowledge the apprehension that can come with online pet purchases due to the prevalence of pet scams. Rest assured, we maintain open communication with our clients and regularly update our Instagram with fresh content. We want our customers to feel confident that our prices reflect honesty, integrity, and an impeccably clean environment.

Kittens with straight ears: $1,500-$2,500
Kittens with folded ears: $2,000-$3,000
British Shorthair kittens: $2,000-$3,000
Unspayed/neutered kittens:  Negotiatiable Price

Please note that these prices are starting points and may vary for individual kittens, potentially increasing from the listed range. Occasionally, we may offer a kitten at a price below or above our standard pricing, which will be clearly indicated for your reference.

Our cats undergo testing to ensure they are free of FeLV, FIV, and PKD!

The purchase price includes the following:

• Age-appropriate vaccinations
• Deworming

Please note that we adhere to a strict no-declawing policy in our kitten contracts.

All our kittens are spayed or neutered before they leave our care, without exceptions!

Additionally, kittens leaving before reaching 16 weeks of age will require their final FVRCP and Rabies vaccinations.

Delivery

Our Imperial Scottish Fold cattery is located in Aurora, CO. You are welcome to collect your kitten from our home, or we can arrange a meeting at Denver International Airport (DEN), if coming from out of state. Also, if delivery services are required, kindly contact us to discuss transportation options through our flight nanny. Typically, additional charges for domestic delivery range from $400 to $800.

If, for any reason, the buyer chooses to withdraw from the purchase after making a deposit or payment, all funds paid will be non-refundable. We strongly advise ensuring your commitment to adopting the kitten before making any monetary transactions. Deposits will be regarded as compensation for boarding and the opportunities lost in placing the kitten.

Imperial Scottish Fold retains the discretion to decline adoption to any individual at any stage of the process and for any reason, without providing an explanation.

When you adopt a kitten, it’s important to understand that life circumstances can change. If, for any reason, you find yourself unable to care for the kitten anymore or if you believe it would be better off with its original family (breeder), please return to its family at Imperial Scottish Fold. This helps ensure the kitten’s well-being and safety, as well as maintaining a responsible and caring approach to pet ownership.
